Hands down, the best experiences I have ever had at an urgent care facility. The clinicians are not only kind, they are thoughtful and thorough. I have been here three times, been seen by different staff at each visit and have come away with the same feelings of being truly cared for. This is what medicine is supposed to be. A group of people who are upfront with their pricing, gentle and caring in their demeanor and who truly listen to their patients.

Davam never disappoints me. Checking in is easy, ladies at the front desk are very helpful with insurance details checking deductibles, out of pocket, etc. The waiting time is short and once you enter to be seen all the process is quite fast. The nurse took my vitals and tested me for flu and COVID, then the doctor came back with the results pretty quickly, explained everything in detail and sent me home with prescription and instructions.

Visited Davam Urgent Care the day after Christmas and can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. Despite the waiting room being somewhat crowded, the checkin process was seemless and my wait time to go back was not too long. Once in the exam room, the nurse was thorough but not rushed. The doctor came in after a brief wait and was very responsive to me. He examined me and had a diagnosis and treatment plan quickly. I would absolutely recommend Davam Urgent Care!

Super facility! I've used them 2 times now and both times the service was great! The staff are kind and friendly! The doctors are personable. They take their time with you as long as you need. I definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs medical care.

Great service leading into a holiday weekend. I wasn’t sick so they allowed me to sit in my vehicle until my room was ready. Robert Henley PA was respectful, kind, and attentive. I was in and out in a flash. Highly recommend making a reservation to hold your place because they do get busy.

I’ve used DAVAM Urgent Care twice for recent appointments. I like that I can schedule a visit or call the desk to check wait times and just go on. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable AND courteous. The docs are knowledgeable and listen. The facility is very clean. I can tell patient safety is important. I do understand they must follow medical guidelines when prescribing medication, however, a follow-up visit if I get worse with a non-antibiotic or non-prescription treatment is discouraging.

They always get me in promptly and they do a thorough examination. There have been several times where I couldn’t see my doctor because of limited hours and I’m so grateful that Davam exists for those times where you really need a doctor and don’t want to have to go to an emergency room. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. One other thing that’s so important for people who are going for an urgent care issue is that they are extremely clean!!!

First time at this Urgent care yesterday recommended by my son. I have to say never been this satisfied at an Urgent Care! Didn’t have to wait too long . I’ve used this location twice and both times I have been extremely happy. After the first visit, the doctor personally called me to follow up on my son’s broken thumb. Both times the doctors and staff have been gentle, kind, thorough, and sympathetic. The facility is clean, smells nice, and has snacks in the waiting room. I felt the wait for reasonable, especially given the amount of time the doctor spent with my children.

This is our 3rd time to this Urgent care and everyone is always so kind. Although I was so stressed because my daughter was sick, the ladies at the front desk remained so kind even when I’m sure I wasn’t coming across that way. The doctors are attentive and take the time to talk to you and get you back to feeling better. We were in there last night because my daughter had a 105 degree fever. Everyone was working promptly to get her taken care of and I am so grateful. Thank you

We love Davam! I’ve been taking my 4 and 2 yr old there since they were just months old. The staff is always the kindest, the docs take their time with you never feeling rushed, and it’s always clean. As a parent it truly makes me feel better knowing when my littles pop a 103 fever at 2am I can hop on and book my time online. It’s so reassuring knowing Davam is there!

The front desk was very welcoming, and worked quickly to process the already full waiting room. The nurse was thorough and genuinely caring. The doctor listened intentionally, and was very responsive to my personal care wishes. I intend to go back when medical care is needed again.

I contracted the flu from my daughter. Called to see if there was a wait. Walked in and maybe waited 10 min before being seen by the nurse. Whole process took about 45 min. Clean, efficient, easy. They have plenty of water and coffee for waiting room. They were all very personable and kind. Perfect place for after hours needs.

I was so thankful that at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night Davam was still open! (They are also on my list for my insurance, that was a definite plus.)Every person was kind and compassionate. Even though it was close to closing time, no one made me feel rushed. Sam and Miguel were amazing, answered all my questions and took the best care of me! If another emergency arrives I will definitely go back to Davam and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help!

Had great experience when I took my granddaughter to Davam. We saw Travis Shields he was great! He took his time ran a few test and we had results quickly. Overall, he was kind and very caring. We will return again if needed.

I have been here twice in the last few months for myself and my child. Easy online “get in line” appointments, paperwork and check in only when you arrive. Fast service with everything and walk out with prescriptions in progress. Everyone has been great that I dealt with there also.

It’s my go to urgent care when doctor’s offices aren’t available.Got called into the room within 10 minutes of waiting. The PA very knowledgeable and attentive. Well bedside manners.
