At Davam, we want healthcare to be affordable and accessible. Our Medical Membership Program is a new way to get great,quality healthcare at an affordable cost. The program allows patients access to our facility and providers, at a much lower cost than the typical cash pay or high deductible visit. patients receive great care and benefits. In house services include lab work, x-rays, laceration repair, and IV treatment.

Services included With the Medical Membership Program:

$30 Office Visits
Free flu shot with office visit
Free sports physical with office visit
In-house simple labs (Urinalysis, Flu, Strep. Etc.)
In-house complex labs (CBC, Cardiac enzyme test. etc.)
Digital X-Rays
IV Treatment
Simple Laceration Repair
Discounted Durable Medical Equipment (Back braces, wrist splints, ankle braces, etc.)

Business Medical Membership Plans:

Businesses can also benefit from the medical membership program. This program is ideal for businesses that do not offer any sort of health plan or only offer high deductible ( catastrophic) plans. Although this program is not health insurance and will not qualify for evidence of health coverage, it can be used as an additional benefit to offer employees. The group can choose to pay the monthly business fee or use payroll deductions to have employees pay the monthly dues.
