Davam Urgent Care offers sports physicals for elementary school, middle school, and high school students. Sports physicals are extremely beneficial to ensure that your child is healthy enough to participate in their selected physical activity. During a sports physical, the clinical team will check your childs medical history along with looking to see if anything is abnormal with things such as the eyes, nose, lungs, and throat. School districts will provide a Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form for students to bring to the physical with the complete checklist required in order to play sports during the upcoming school year.
