Hands down, the best experiences I have ever had at an urgent care facility. The clinicians are not only kind, they are thoughtful and thorough. I have been here three times, been seen by different staff at each visit and have come away with the same feelings of being truly cared for. This is what medicine is supposed to be. A group of people who are upfront with their pricing, gentle and caring in their demeanor and who truly listen to their patients.

Davam never disappoints me. Checking in is easy, ladies at the front desk are very helpful with insurance details checking deductibles, out of pocket, etc. The waiting time is short and once you enter to be seen all the process is quite fast. The nurse took my vitals and tested me for flu and COVID, then the doctor came back with the results pretty quickly, explained everything in detail and sent me home with prescription and instructions.

Visited Davam Urgent Care the day after Christmas and can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. Despite the waiting room being somewhat crowded, the checkin process was seemless and my wait time to go back was not too long. Once in the exam room, the nurse was thorough but not rushed. The doctor came in after a brief wait and was very responsive to me. He examined me and had a diagnosis and treatment plan quickly. I would absolutely recommend Davam Urgent Care!

Super facility! I've used them 2 times now and both times the service was great! The staff are kind and friendly! The doctors are personable. They take their time with you as long as you need. I definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs medical care.

Great service leading into a holiday weekend. I wasn’t sick so they allowed me to sit in my vehicle until my room was ready. Robert Henley PA was respectful, kind, and attentive. I was in and out in a flash. Highly recommend making a reservation to hold your place because they do get busy.

I’ve used DAVAM Urgent Care twice for recent appointments. I like that I can schedule a visit or call the desk to check wait times and just go on. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable AND courteous. The docs are knowledgeable and listen. The facility is very clean. I can tell patient safety is important. I do understand they must follow medical guidelines when prescribing medication, however, a follow-up visit if I get worse with a non-antibiotic or non-prescription treatment is discouraging.

They always get me in promptly and they do a thorough examination. There have been several times where I couldn’t see my doctor because of limited hours and I’m so grateful that Davam exists for those times where you really need a doctor and don’t want to have to go to an emergency room. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. One other thing that’s so important for people who are going for an urgent care issue is that they are extremely clean!!!

First time at this Urgent care yesterday recommended by my son. I have to say never been this satisfied at an Urgent Care! Didn’t have to wait too long . I’ve used this location twice and both times I have been extremely happy. After the first visit, the doctor personally called me to follow up on my son’s broken thumb. Both times the doctors and staff have been gentle, kind, thorough, and sympathetic. The facility is clean, smells nice, and has snacks in the waiting room. I felt the wait for reasonable, especially given the amount of time the doctor spent with my children.

This is our 3rd time to this Urgent care and everyone is always so kind. Although I was so stressed because my daughter was sick, the ladies at the front desk remained so kind even when I’m sure I wasn’t coming across that way. The doctors are attentive and take the time to talk to you and get you back to feeling better. We were in there last night because my daughter had a 105 degree fever. We love Davam! I’ve been taking my 4 and 2 yr old there since they were just months old. The staff is always the kindest, the docs take their time with you never feeling rushed, and it’s always clean. As a parent it truly makes me feel better knowing when my littles pop a 103 fever at 2am I can hop on and book my time online. It’s so reassuring knowing Davam is there!

The front desk was very welcoming, and worked quickly to process the already full waiting room. The nurse was thorough and genuinely caring. The doctor listened intentionally, and was very responsive to my personal care wishes. I intend to go back when medical care is needed again.

I contracted the flu from my daughter. Called to see if there was a wait. Walked in and maybe waited 10 min before being seen by the nurse. Whole process took about 45 min. Clean, efficient, easy. They have plenty of water and coffee for waiting room. They were all very personable and kind. Perfect place for after hours needs.

I was so thankful that at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night Davam was still open! (They are also on my list for my insurance, that was a definite plus.)Every person was kind and compassionate. Even though it was close to closing time, no one made me feel rushed. Sam and Miguel were amazing, answered all my questions and took the best care of me! I have been here twice in the last few months for myself and my child. Easy online “get in line” appointments, paperwork and check in only when you arrive. Fast service with everything and walk out with prescriptions in progress. Everyone has been great that I dealt with there also.

I have been to Davam a few times in the last couple of years. I had to go in on Thursday with a sinus issue. Very simple process in making my appointment online. I went there last night at about 8:40 and they close at 9:00 I was desperate to get seen somewhere having my car out of commission. Very easy process to make an appointment online for two sport’s physicals. It was really nice to upload my information prior to going in to save time. Everything was straight forward and on time. The start to the very end everyone was welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend!

Had to make a quick visit here to deal with an infected finger. They were quick to get me checked in, moved back into a room, examined my finger, and prescribed the appropriate antibiotics to deal with the issue. I'll definitely use them again for any urgent care needs.

In the last couple years we have visited Davam Urgent Care for unexpected needs with my elderly mother in three occasions. They are amazing! It’s the cutest place ever full of sunflower, bluebonnet pictures, rustic country. Very comfortable. Very caring staff. We live East County but happily travel to Davam.

Definitely will return.With under lying health issues, their safety precautions make me feel comfortable. I have taken my daughters to Davam Urgent care several times and have been impressed with the attention and quality of care we have received. The doctors have good rapport with young patients and understand the unique issues impacting children. We have never felt rushed through a visit even when the waiting room was packed. PA looked at my throat, and diagnosed strep.. took the test to prove it, prescribed good antibiotics, The nurse came in with Tylenol to help me feel better while I waited on results. We have been here many times since they’re inside of our network, the providers are really kind and knowledgeable. I especially like that they have all of the testing right there so you aren’t waiting days on results. Their hours are also great, saving us unnecessary trips to the ER! I have been to this Davam facility several times. They are always friendly and quick to get you back to see a doctor. The facility is always very clean. The health care personnel are very knowledgeable and take their time with you to make sure they understand what is going on and then make sure you fully understand the treatment they are recommending.

Had a great experience taking my daughter there. This was my first time ever needing to get her in for an illness and they were all amazing. Might I add, they were fast too. I waited for not even 10 minutes before getting called back and it only took 15/20 minutes to speak to the doctor and get swabs/results. Amazing team.

The online "get in line" service is great! I chose my time and called them when I got there to let them know I was there. I waited in my car for maybe 15 min and then they texted me they were ready to see me. I walked in, paid my co-pay and they took me straight to an exam room. I wasn't doing very well and needed iv fluids and lab work done so they moved me to another room with a bed and TV and not to mention completely private! It was so nice. Very good staff. Very thorough and professional.I thought I may have broke my elbow, they took x- rays and assured me that there were no broken or cracked bones but needed to follow up with my primary care physician.Gave me an injection and sling.

I recently moved to this area and was referred to Davam by family. I was able to sign up online, complete the paperwork and schedule an appointment. I was seen fairly quickly during a very busy time. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My doctor was excellent, listening to my medical history before diving in an diagnosing my chronic cough as acute bronchitis after a chest x-ray. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting room was full this visit and last week when I went and the wait was nearly 3 hours. (I for the most part understand this, being a walk-in clinic). Appreciate the effort made to have my mom seen as quickly as possible with the amount of patients already being seen. Staff and PA were very professional and friendly making the experience for an Alzheimer’s patient so much easier. The only negative is the wait time in the patient room, especially for a person with Alzheimer’s who already lack patience & stillness; otherwise excellent service!

We used to live close to Davam but then we moved 30 minutes away. We will continue making the trip just to go there. Everyone is professional, helpful and very friendly! Excellent experience. Arrived at about 10:15 am. Seen for visit by 10:30am. ENT infection. Worried was Strep - visiting friend and her elderly parents. Within 30 - 40 min had Dr visit and lab culture reports. Nurse and Dr attentive, pleasant, listened to my concerns and symptom descriptions. From out of town. Managed my info and insurance efficiently. Clean, facility nice waiting room and covered front entrance. Thank you for a great visit.

Being a medical professional or working at a medical facility in any capacity is a tough job. Dealing with people is tough in general, and taking care of people who are urgently wanting to get well is a whole other category of tough...The staff at Davam Care are absolutely AMAZING at their tough jobs! I had such a pleasant experience at Davam. This was my first experience at an urgent care since moving to Texas and it was better than I could have expected. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Everyone was great from the front staff to the nurse to the doctor.

The nicest bunch of folks work here. They're concerned about your well being and do a great job keeping you comfortable. Making appointments is easy and convenient. They send you home with all the info you need to continue your care.

Update: 3/13/21Three years after my first review, I still feel this is the best Urgent Care Clinic around. I recommend it every single time someone asks where they should go. The wait was a very long even though i had an appointment. But other than that everything else was great! Very smooth . Doctor that treated me was great. They even squeezed my husband in during my appointment to get covid tested. I would go here all the time if I lived closer.

I took my daughter here for COVID testing and now for a sprained ankle. Her insurance is chip and they don’t accept it but we prefer to go here and pay out of pocket rather than going to Texas children’s.Great place to go everyone is kind and they really listen to you.

As a self pay patient, this is my go to clinic for transparent and affordable prices. I’ve been for sick visits to get strep and flu testing, and most recently to have an X-ray for a hand injury. The online check in allows you to skip the long wait that you get from any urgent care clinic, and the staff is always professional and efficient! I will always go here first when I need to see a doctor.

I cut my index finger instead of the avocado at lunch today. Being the only one home, I tore open boxes of tape and gauze with my mouth and drove one handed to Davam. The staff were wonderful. I was checked in right away and the doctor sewed the wound up. Everyone was very professional and caring. I could not recommend them more highly.

Having two boys has had us visit urgent cares many times over the years. Hands down, BEST CARE we've ever received. Really impressed with this office. The staff was incredibly professional and kind in the midst of a stressful environment with non-stop phone calls and patients flowing in and out. They answered all questions pleasantly and patiently and the office itself was so clean and presentable.

My toddler hit her chin and needed stitches last night. I took her to the emergency room at the childrens hospital. I was there for many hours before we were seen. Today half of the stitches popped out.? We have an autistic 5 year old son that somehow snorted a deflated balloon up his nose! Yes a pooped balloon ? well wife and i tried to get it out and finally went in to Davam.
