I’ve used this location twice and both times I have been extremely happy. After the first visit, the doctor personally called me to follow up on my son’s broken thumb. Both times the doctors and staff have been gentle, kind, thorough, and sympathetic. The facility is clean, smells nice, and has snacks in the waiting room. I felt the wait for reasonable, especially given the amount of time the doctor spent with my children.

This is our 3rd time to this Urgent care and everyone is always so kind. Although I was so stressed because my daughter was sick, the ladies at the front desk remained so kind even when I’m sure I wasn’t coming across that way. The doctors are attentive and take the time to talk to you and get you back to feeling better. We were in there last night because my daughter had a 105 degree fever. We love Davam! I’ve been taking my 4 and 2 yr old there since they were just months old. The staff is always the kindest, the docs take their time with you never feeling rushed, and it’s always clean. I contracted the flu from my daughter. Called to see if there was a wait. Walked in and maybe waited 10 min before being seen by the nurse. Whole process took about 45 min. Clean, efficient, easy. They have plenty of water and coffee for waiting room. They were all very personable and kind. Perfect place for after hours needs.

I was so thankful that at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night Davam was still open! (They are also on my list for my insurance, that was a definite plus.)Every person was kind and compassionate. Even though it was close to closing time, no one made me feel rushed. Sam and Miguel were amazing, answered all my questions and took the best care of me! Everything went smoothly during my visit (especially with the scheduled appointment and completion of documents before arrival). My family and I have been to Davam multiple times and have always been pleased, however the other night was by far our best experience. Sam Ryan was amazing! He was so compassionate and kind. He took his time and gave us his full attention, even having Travis (equally kind) come in as a second set of eyes in order to come up with the best plan of treatment. I made a reservation online for 2:40 PM. I was called back into the room at that time and was very pleased considering most offices will take 20-30 minutes over the appointment time. Once I was in my room, I got the necessary test needed for the reason I made the appointment. The doctor was very nice and understanding. The nursing staff was also very understanding. & I didn’t know but I had a $25 credit from my previous appointment and was able to use that towards my copay! They have fair prices, and are up front about costs before moving forward with tests/procedures. The online check-in is very convenient. I have been to Davam a few times in the last couple of years. I had to go in on Thursday with a sinus issue. Very simple process in making my appointment online. I waited in my car until they both texted and called me to let me know my exam room was ready. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I went there last night at about 8:40 and they close at 9:00 I was desperate to get seen somewhere having my car out of commission. I had been sick several days at that point and by this point I'm beyond sick . First I was not treated with any rudeness or agitation for causing them to stay over they were kind and considerate. Second the attention to detail was not lacking I didn't feel rushed and thirdly even the doctor I had Dr Phung realizing how many days I'd already been sick and the pharmacy I use not being open till next morning gave me a really strong injection of antibiotic to get started made me less fearful of the situation . It's an absolutely beautiful office with movies on order to 5 of those little computers kids like to use .k cups for the adults . Everyone was super sweet and caring. They actually cared. Very knowledgeable. Super clean and well taken care of. Will definitely tell everyone how great it is. They had tablets for my daughter to play with. Asked if we needed water or anything. Very thorough with x-rays and doubled checked blood pressure to make sure it was ok. Gave instructions for what to do when we got home. Dr. knew what he was doing and sympathetic to my grandma's injuries. Wonderful place.

Had to make a quick visit here to deal with an infected finger. They were quick to get me checked in, moved back into a room, examined my finger, and prescribed the appropriate antibiotics to deal with the issue. I'll definitely use them again for any urgent care needs.

We were seen promptly. Nurse was very nice with a genuine sympathetic presence. She was thorough with vitals and preparing and executing IV for fluids and meds. Dr. had a wonderful bedside manner and was thorough in the testing he thought was appropriate for my son. Being a retired family medicine doctor who worked for years in urgent care I do my best to help other providers be at ease while making their treatment decisions about my care. This clinic was recommended to me by my daughter who is a national leader in the management side of clinical care. It did not disappoint. Once I made myself visible to the staff, (please do not use the tablets on the counter to check in) my on line work at their website expedited the service. The pleasant nurse took her time with a rather detailed medical history which was clearly communicated to the provider. The provider’s history, exam, diagnosis and treatment were definitely in step with my own practice. However, the provider respectfully asked for my input. I was constantly told of any wait times. I had the best experience at Davam Urgent Care! From the minute i walked in the door I was greeted and made to feel welcome by very friendly front desk staff and their happy smiling faces! The waiting area was very clean and nicely decorated. The sunflower picture and decor helped provide a peaceful and warm environment. Check- in went smoothly and I did not have to wait long at all before being called back by the nurse to the exam room. The nurse was super friendly as she checked my vitals and did her assessment! She made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a glass of water as I waited for the doctor to come in. Within 5 minutes the doctor came in and greeted me with a sweet smile. She listened closely and with great care as I explained my reason for my visit. After my exam she explained everything to me about my condition and took the time to answer all of my questions with great patience and understanding . She was very kind and compassionate. I have taken my daughters to Davam Urgent care several times and have been impressed with the attention and quality of care we have received. The doctors have good rapport with young patients and understand the unique issues impacting children. We have never felt rushed through a visit even when the waiting room was packed. I highly recommend saving your place in line to avoid a wait. Even on crowded days, when we have utilized this feature the visit wasn’t excessively long.

Didn’t know what my problem was.. thought maybe Covid.. PA looked at my throat, and diagnosed strep.. took the test to prove it, prescribed good antibiotics, The nurse came in with Tylenol to help me feel better while I waited on results. I’ve visited Davam 3 times. Each time I received excellent A-1 service and care for my health care needs. The facility is very clean, organized and patient friendly. The wait is never long. Once you’re in a room, the nurse, doctor all work as a team for your specific needs, they listen to your concerns without rushing, and treated me with respect, compassion, understanding. We have been here many times since they’re inside of our network, the providers are really kind and knowledgeable. I especially like that they have all of the testing right there so you aren’t waiting days on results. Their hours are also great, saving us unnecessary trips to the ER! You can wait in your car and they text you when it’s time to go in. I find that especially helpful with Covid and flu still going around! Highly recommend!

The rest of my family has been seen here in the past with very good experiences, and today I had an urgent need to be seen. The "get in line online" feature is very handy as well as pre-registering online in advance. I was seen in a timely manner and felt like the plan of treatment proposed by the doctor was spot on.I would like to give a special shout out to the front desk staff that I observed doing their very best to accommodate a mom with a pretty inconsolable wee one that was in the lobby waiting- they offered snacks and drinks as well as provided an ice pack to help comfort the little one until a room came available.read more

Kind, clean, organized, fair, timely, their online scheduling and registration prior to the appointment is amazing. I was in and out within the hour. Had a great experience taking my daughter there. This was my first time ever needing to get her in for an illness and they were all amazing. Might I add, they were fast too. Called first thing this morning, she set an appointment for me to be seen 50 min later. She texted me a link, I filled out the intake forms within probably 5-8 minutes on my phone. Was seen pretty quickly after I arrived. The NP, Travis, that I saw was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me my situation and went over all of the medication options in detail. Nothing felt rushed. They did a test while I was there as well, and I was on my way less than an hour later. Very professional and very thorough. I’ve been here before and have sent employees here before that have needed stitches etc. Never had a bad experience in the 7 plus years I’ve been using this location. Highly recommend.read more

This facility and staff was recommended by my primary care. I called ahead and got a check in time within an hour of my call. I was able to fill my paper work out online. The online "get in line" service is great! I chose my time and called them when I got there to let them know I was there. I waited in my car for maybe 15 min and then they texted me they were ready to see me. I walked in, paid my co-pay and they took me straight to an exam room. I wasn't doing very well and needed iv fluids and lab work done so they moved me to another room with a bed and TV and not to mention completely private! It was so nice. I recently moved to this area and was referred to Davam by family. I was able to sign up online, complete the paperwork and schedule an appointment. I was seen fairly quickly during a very busy time. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My doctor was excellent, listening to my medical history before diving in an diagnosing my chronic cough as acute bronchitis after a chest x-ray. He prescribed me with appropriate medications which quickly calmed the coughing and had me feeling much better within 24 hours. Thank you Davam!!read more

Incredible. From the Website to the reception desk and on into the Treatment Area. Fast, Professional and done with care. I was checked in prior to arrival with all forms completed online. Process worked great on my phone. Front Desk had me in the Que to be seen in minutes. I was called back maybe 10/15 minutes later. The nurse who took my Vitals was very nice and pleasant to chat with. She was also gentle with the uncomfortable Covid Test. After the test was read, A very polite and caring young Doctor came in and discussed things with me. He listened, he seemed to take in what I said and offered advice. I appreciated his time and frank conversation. His tone wasn't rushed or condescending as we've all seen in the past. Myself and my family will return if we ever need Urgent Care in the future. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting room was full this visit and last week when I went and the wait was nearly 3 hours. (I for the most part understand this, being a walk-in clinic). Thankfully for me I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes because I made an appointment, which I recommend.Most importantly, the care I received was excellent! There was a younger male doctor, can’t remember his name, who put 9 stitches in my finger last week and the same doctor who took them out today. He was prompt, respectful, down-to-earth, and had superb bedside manner!! He made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process to make sure I knew what to expect.I would highly recommend this doctor and this clinic..make an appointment for less wait time and the online appointments open up at midnight..for the following day!!read more

Appreciate the effort made to have my mom seen as quickly as possible with the amount of patients already being seen. This is the second time in a month that I used this medical clinic. Each time was a great experience. The staff is very nice, and they get you with with hardly any wait time. I was seen within a very short time. The Dr took his time, sat down to have a good conversation to get to know me and talk about my ailments. It’s very convenient. It’s easy to make a same day appointment online. The facilities are very clean. You can wait outside or inn your car if you want and they’ll text you when it’s time to come in. They were prompt, competent and friendly. They provide a good service.

Davam today was a great experience. My 8month old baby boy had a severe allergic reaction to eggs. Even though there was a wait- we called ahead & said they’d see him immediately after we arrived. This place is so clean and nice inside. A big upgrade from most urgent cares. I have really liked each doctor I have seen here. At peak times there can be a wait but I like the flexibility to wait in my car. I so like the feature to book a time rather than just walk in. Very happy with my Dr Lao. I would recommend her to anyone. She went out of her way to help me. She was very detailed in her choices. She was very personable, and not just there to “do a job”. She actually took her time and spoke with me, and explained what was going on and why she chose what she did. Excellent experience. Arrived at about 10:15 am. Seen for visit by 10:30am. ENT infection. Worried was Strep - visiting friend and her elderly parents. Within 30 - 40 min had Dr visit and lab culture reports. Nurse and Dr attentive, pleasant, listened to my concerns and symptom descriptions. From out of town. Managed my info and insurance efficiently. Clean, facility nice waiting room and covered front entrance. Thank you for a great visit.

Being a medical professional or working at a medical facility in any capacity is a tough job. Dealing with people is tough in general, and taking care of people who are urgently wanting to get well is a whole other category of tough...The staff at Davam Care are absolutely AMAZING at their tough jobs! The doctors have wonderful bedside manner - focused on addressing any urgent issues with great attention and care, and then clearly communicating next steps. Update: 3/13/21Three years after my first review, I still feel this is the best Urgent Care Clinic around. I recommend it every single time someone asks where they should go. As a self pay patient, this is my go to clinic for transparent and affordable prices. I’ve been for sick visits to get strep and flu testing, and most recently to have an X-ray for a hand injury. The online check in allows you to skip the long wait that you get from any urgent care clinic, and the staff is always professional and efficient! As an RN and Director of Quality & Infection Control, I was impressed with this urgent care. (Note, I do not make this known) It was clean, the practitioner was very thorough, the process was smooth, wait time was minimal. I always pay special attention to hand hygiene and disinfecting. When having concerns about more intimate areas it can sometimes become embarrassing to talk about . For me it was hard to find a place that I trust to take care of me . Proximity was of course taken into consideration, but I also selected this location due to the outstanding reviews. I have been to multiple clinics in search of being diagnosed and treated . Most places are completely up in arms and have no approach at all . When I came to this location the entire staff from the front desk to the Physician who diagnosed me were kind and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable. I felt as if they were truly concerned with helping me . My initial concerns were dismissed and I was reassured my health was not in as much danger as I believed. Took my daughter here, and we came in as a walk-in. The wait wasn’t long at all, and my daughter was able to entertain herself with the tablets in the waiting room. As terrible as it is to be sick at Christmas time, the entire staff at Davam did all they could to make it better. I was able to make an appointment for my son to be seen in an hour, and upon arrival we were treated efficiently by everyone there. The ladies at Davam Urgent Care were very friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile upon entering! As a walk-in patient, the process from start to finish was less than 45 minutes. On top of that, they happily invited me to participate in a holiday contest they were having. The environment was warm and welcoming the entire time. As a walk-in, first-time patient I cannot imagine an urgent care facility doing it any better. Everyone was gracious, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They were ready to see me before the Keurig finished making my coffee (from a great selection). The staff is competent, professional, and thorough. They took the time to be sure both the diagnosis and the treatment were exactly right. There are closer places to us, but I don't expect to go anywhere else from now on.

Today was my first experience with an Urgent Care facility and it was good from start to finish. I picked my appointment time online and was then texted a reminder about 20 min prior to the appointment. After filling out paperwork I was taken back promptly and went through the prelim check with PA quickly. The providers are very thorough without pushing unnecessary tests. They take the time to listen. The administrative staff is also friendly and efficient. We had only a short wait at every stage of the process. This is an excellent option for urgent care.

I had a definite urgent care matter today, and I walked in. Everything was clean & neat with friendly & concerned greetings. I had not been there before, but the paperwork was very minimal. They told me the base cost upfront + whatever additional charges would be needed. I knew this would all be out of pocket (since my deductible hadn’t really been touched this year) and the base was very reasonable. There was very little wait, even though there was a steady stream of customers while I was there. I went in to go through my vitals, and the nurse/assistant was very friendly & polite, even while I was having some difficulty thinking through the pain. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of that. She was also extremely friendly and listened while I explained what was going on.she recommended a quick set of treatments for both my issues (wholly appropriate). After my shot, they kept me there for an extra 2 minutes to make sure I didn’t react badly. They called on my Rx’s and I went straight there to get them. And my final price was only $20 over the base cost. Overall, this is a great facility and I will not hesitate to go back if I need them. They even have bottled water & flavored kcup coffee if desired.read more

Took my sister with a bad cough and ear infection here on a Saturday. We made an appointment online, so there was no wait. The entire staff was super friendly, appropriately concerned, and extremely competent. What I was most impress with, other than the fact that my sister got 2 shots and left with prescriptions for everything to make her better, was the fact that they didn't pad the bill by giving her a chest x-ray, as the treatment would have been the same with or without one. I had to take my 6 year old in for stitches on his forehead. We walked in around 6pm on A Wednesday night. They had iPads for kids to play on, so while I filled out paperwork, my son was entertained. We didn’t have to wait long. Maybe 10 minutes?The nurse brought us back quickly- my son got 2 lollipops from her, so per my son’s words - “She was such a nice lady”. We saw a nurse practitioner- I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name, but she was very kind and very patient with my boy. 3 stitches to the forehead later, we were out the door. Overall- I am pleased with the care we received. I hope we never have to go back to urgent care, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.read more

I came in as a walk in for a very personal health issue. From beginning to end it was calm, quick, and comfortable. The nurse practitioner Janae was very caring and nice. The office itself is also clean and inviting. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone, it’s not packed and chaotic like some are.

Davam Urgent Care was very helpful when my regular physician was out of town. I had an urgent illness that needed attention. I have a complicated medical history and don't like visiting new doctors. After reading reviews I got in line online for 1:08 p.m. I arrived a bit early. After checking in and a short wait I went to the exam room. Vitals were taken as well as medical history. Shortly after the doctor came in with the results of my test that had been taken. I received a clear plan of care, a prescription for treatment, and instructions for follow up. I was leaving at 1:48 p.m.The facility was very clean. I found the waiting room to be comfortable. They had a coffee machine available with a small section of bar chairs. There were also televisions throughout the facility. On one side of the waiting room there were toys. The decor of sunflowers and bluebonnets were nice. It was obvious they have made an effort to try and make the facility as comfortable as possible while you are waiting. Everyone there was efficient and nice. Although this is an urgent care facility and times spent waiting can change depending on time of day and urgency of patients arriving, I think my visit of 40 minutes is excellent.read more

I came here because I didn’t have insurance and was very pleased with the price I paid. I even suggested things I thought it may be and they eased my mind that the issue I thought I was having was not it and talked me out of doing unneeded tests.Was glad to not be price gouged as they easily good have ran the tests to rack up the bill.

My first visit to Davam was Sunday night. I was very nervous because I had never been here and knew with my serious (but not ER) condition, there would be a shot involved and lancing (sorry for the grossness!) Even though I was a walk in, I was seen in 15 min. I felt instantly at ease walking through the door with their inviting wait room and coffee/snack area. Everyone here was super friendly, professional and easily made me feel comfortable. I went back 2 days later for a follow up and had the same experience! I highly recommend this clinic! Excellent facility, excellent care, and highly organized. My son and I are both sick and we were able to be seen at the same time in the same room. FNP Walsh is one of the best clinicians and diagnosticians I have ever seen. She has an amazing rapport with children - she has seen my 6 year old and 18 month old - a couple of different times. She is very thorough but hasn’t subjected any of us to unnecessary (and by extension) costly testing. Everything runs like clockwork there - booking an appointment, the waiting room, filling out paperwork, being seen by a clinician, and e-prescribing medications to our pharmacy. Wow! This was the best experience I have had at urgent care facility. Was recommended by a friend and so thankful I came here. Signed up online and had first appointment this morning. they opened on time and were ready to go as soon as I walked in. The facility is very well designed and inviting. Everyone was so kind and in the Christmas spirit which was great. While in the room they had game show network on tv which made time fly but between nurse and Dr. coming in I was only in room totalTime of maybe 30 min. The dr. First time visit to Davam Urgent Care. Went in as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon, front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. No wait at all, was called in and seen by the Nurse Practioner’s Assistant who checked my vitals and took down the information as to why I was there. I was then seen by the Nurse Practioner. He answered all my questions and I left with a prescription ready for pick up at my local pharmacy. Very quick and efficient service. My toddler hit her chin and needed stitches last night. I took her to the emergency room at the childrens hospital. I was there for many hours before we were seen. Today half of the stitches popped out.? I considered taking her back to the ER but decided I didn't want to wait forever to be seen again and I didn't think they did a very good job on the stitches to begin with. We stopped at a few urgent care places only to be turned away because she is too little so they assumed she won't hold still. We found Davam and they took us in right away. They had her fixed up and we were on our way quickly and painlessly. They were very nice and the doctor did great with my three year old. She didn't cry or get scared of him because of his kind and patient demeanor. I will be using this urgent care location again despite the fact that it is out of our way.read more
